"The hotel location was ideal, adjacent to the train station. The rooms are extremely small, even by European standards. The staff there really saved the experience, they tried very hard to meet our every need. But there were limited dining options nearby and the comment about dirty is meant for ALL of Amsterdam. It is paper strewn, plastic bottles discarded, lots of cigarette butts left, in general is looks very unkept. Not sure I would return."

"Everything about this hotel made our life much easier! This hotel was charmingly French yet modern and super clean! The staff was very helpful in helping us make reservations for different places ahead of our visit. "This was my first time staying at 7 Eiffel and I was so pleasantly surprised. Rooms are modern and clean (have enough outlets everywhere, great lighting, shower is fantastic) and the entire hotel is clean and modern. The staff is fantastic, always wiling to help with anything you need. The location is also a major plus. walking distance from Rue de Clur (a walking street with markets, shoppes and cafes), bakeries and restaurants. Right next to a Metro as well and easy to get to the Eiffel tower....

"Excellent location close to restaurants and two metro stations. We arrived late on a Sunday, raining evening and Steven, front clerk, was excellent! He showed us the hotel and provided information on the Métro stations. A trilingual staff, he was able to communicate well with us in English and Spanish. Excellent service by all staff!"

"Very unique and cozy property. The upstairs was perfect for the three kids to sleep while my wife and I slept on pull out could downstairs. For a pull out couch it was very comfortable even for my wife who has back problems. I loved the vibrant colors and plantings surrounding the property "

"Excellent hotel we enjoyed our stay very much, I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and proffesional. Room was clean and very nice. We arrived early and they stored our bags until we checked in. We also checked out early and they stored our bags until it was time to go, one less thing to worry. "Nice, clean and cozy. Breakfast for a cost each more was affordable and convenient. Even though the choices were the same each day, I loved that I didn't have to go outside. Staff was nice and friendly. Were qick in answering any questions i had. Was in walkable distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again."
