"Overall great place to stay before a flight to DFW airport. Only concern beds were high for my mother who has issues walking due to a stroke. Had to have help getting up on the bed."

"Main reason why we booked here was for the hot tub and the pool for the kids. The inside pool was freezing cold and the tub was not even lukewarm , and it was green with mold built in the concrete around. It also smelled like mop water. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty nice. Everything was stocked. Housekeeping didn’t clean after the first day. The second day I caught housekeeping outside and asked for a broom to sweep myself. And gave her the trash to toss. But only one bag was...

"Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. Forgot his name but i came in super late amd he had got there at 12 i think. Said hi to me everyday. Very welcoming. Room was great! "

"Staff was nice. The hotel really needs to be updated. Paint/patching definitely needed all over hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The toilet did not work properly. We had to constantly take the lid off the tank to get the toilet to fill so we could flush. We asked for extra towels twice and never received them. The elevator needs to be cleaned and wiped down. I am including a few pics of what things in our room need to be addressed. "
