Staff were indeed attentive and helpful. Our stay was midweek and it was not noisy at night. It’s a low key place near everything!

My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything). A couple things to note - the food was actually great. Sometimes hotel food is just mediocre but we thought it was worth coming back for a meal. The hotel is also very busy/popular due to location and Photo Booth inside so got quite crowded at night - but noise wasn't an issue near the rooms. Overall extremely happy with the room service experience and will absolutely be back. If you're thinking about it - highly recommend!

Great property and friendly staff. The location is perfect for dining and drinking. The only issue is the noise from the street if you have a canal facing room and there is nothing that the hotel can do about it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pulitzer! What a unique & special property. Breakfast was wonderful & don't miss the adorable bar!
