"This is a lovely house. It was ideal for the family gathering we had which included 8 adults and 5 kids aged 3 to 16. The pool is great and looks in real life exactly as on the pictures and so does the rest of the outside facilities. "The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). "I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."
