建物のメンテナンスを全体的にさてた方が もっと心地よく過ごせた！ サービス的にはとても良かったです! 子供達もとても喜んでいました！ 食事は遅い時間もあってか品数がもう少し欲しかった気がします。また、連泊だと少し物足りなく感じてしまうので、こちらも予約の仕方を考えなければと思いました。

フロントの対応が…。
着いた時にフロントに誰もおらず、 こちらのベルを…と書かれている場所にベルもなく。 すぐそばでスタッフさんの話声も聞こえるのに誰も出てきませんでした。 ベルは隠すように置いてあり、押すとやはりすぐそこからスタッフさんが出てきました。 その後の対応は良かったです。 食事も美味しかったし、ゆっくりできました。 ただ、別館では食事ができないのが残念な所かなと。 送迎もありましたが歩いた方が早く、私達は歩いて本館に行きましたが、別館が坂の上にあるので年配の方は送迎車で行かれた方が良いかも？ 朝食に向かう際にフロントにいたスタッフさんが笑顔ですごく良かったです。 ただチェックアウトの際にフロントにいた方は笑顔もありがとうございましたもなく無言でした。 子供達もお礼を言いましたが返事はありませんでした。

我訂的酒定與實際的地址有點不同，令人混淆！原本訂的’別館‘已沒有營業，原來已搬到了總店，但我的訂單並沒有說清楚。這是小插曲而已！ 總體酒店是可以接受，是有小許舊吧，這個價錢一泊兩食無得輸

夕、朝食時本館へ車での送迎はあるものの、やはり別館は不便。卓球は空きがあって利用しやすかったのはよかった。部屋から花火が見られたのも良かった。フロントの従業員さんは感じが良かった。食事は夕食のバイキングはいまいち。好き嫌いの多い子供はほとんどデザートしか食べなかった。朝食の方がよかった。 別館廊下の空調が全然効いておらずかなり暑かった。 チェックイン前にプールが使えて子供は喜んでいた。本館の女風呂は眺めがよかった。

良かった
建物は古そうだが、清潔にされていて汚さは感じなかった。それほど大きな施設ではないので、エレベーターが一基しかなく、人が動く時間帯には待たされることがままあった。食事場所は朝夕ともに徒歩数分の離れた場所にある本館なので、道路を歩いて移動しなければならない。食事は朝夕ともにバイキング形式で、種類もあって内容も良かった。料金も手ごろで、食事付きで温泉に入ってゆっくり休むということにおいてはリーズナブルで良いと思います。

チェックインの時はフロントの方が1人でしたので少し待ちましたが、チェックアウト時送迎の車に少し遅れましたがフロントの女性の方が神対応で助けてくれました。 感謝してます。 有難うございました。 お風呂も良かったし食事もお値段の割には大満足です。 機会があれば是非行きたいホテルです。 フロントの二つ星のお姉さん。 有難うございました。

很適合喜歡幽靜的旅客前往。
如果是喜歡逛熱鬧的溫泉街，這裏應該不會投其所好。但附近還是有神社與超市。

ゆったりできました。
別館の方は食事出来る所が無く、雨の中ゆかたでの移動はきびしい。泊まった部屋は広々としてました。温泉は少しぬるめに感じました。宿のサイトとの価格を比較すると表示価格は高いが、支払い総額は安くなるようなので、複雑な気持ちになった。

別館に、残念過ぎて…言葉がでませんが カラオケに、卓球の階 手入れが行き届いていませんよね！ 喘息になりますよ！ 何分も、持ちません！ お陰で、体調が悪いです！

良かった!!
部屋の清潔感は良かったのですが、部屋の壁が薄く隣の人の声などが聞こえてきました。サービスはすごく親切で良かったです！別館は食事の時、急な坂を歩いて本館に行かないと行けないのが少ししんどかったです。
