Perfect start to our vacation.
The property is within walking distance to a shopping plaza with everything you need. It us a short drive to the Alii Dr. Shops. The pool, tennis and pickle ball courts were a nice added bonus. It was perfect for our first few days on the island. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was great once they were able to remove the safety boards because of extreme high tides. It is an older property but very well furnished. The Owner was very responsive to our needs. The location is well situated to get into town and other amenities.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the closeness to the ocean, the pool was fantastic, parking was close by & we always felt safe. Everything was clean, & the unit had everything we needed, including coolers, beach gear, extra pillows, blankets, towels, & more. I will recommend this place to anyone traveling to that area, & I'd love to return to this exact place again in the future!

Kona waterfront property
The condo we stayed in was in an excellent location. We were only a short drive from many of the activities we were interested in doing during our stay. The condo also had A/C throughout the entire unit, which we had difficulty finding in other units/hotels in Kona. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a convenient location on the water. Also-swimming with the Manta Rays is a must!

An absolute treasure
This is our 4th time staying here over the last 5 years and we hope to keep coming back as long as we’re able. Super clean and wonderful accommodations in a very nice and quiet area, with an absolutely unbeatable view of the ocean and sunsets. The pool is great and you have easy access to the shopping complex and restaurants just right across the street. I almost hate hyping the place up so much because I don’t want it to get so popular we can’t book it when we want, but it really is worth every penny and you’re getting an incredible deal staying here.

Condo was good, centrally located. Of course the view was spectacular
We enjoyed our stay, the codo had everything we needed. The TV streaming was very spotty, or it could be that we are to old to know how to work the streaming process. The weather was iffy, but we did'nt let that bother us, regretfully we never made it to the pool. One thing I would add to the items in the condo, is some Kleenex.

Perfect spot for our family getaway
This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Relaxing being right on the waterfront and not far from some nice beaches. I had an issue while we were there in that the property manager changed the method of accessing the pool versus what was listed in the home documents. The others got back to us right away even though it was 8 pm in Hawaii and got us the info we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home base
This worked well as a home base for our family of four. It’s a small unit, but worked just fine for our group. The kitchen is small but well appointed and had what we needed to make several meals in unit. The unit provided a great array of snorkeling/beach gear. Great ocean view, great place
We were two 50+couples staying for five days. We really enjoyed the clean and cosy house. The lanai was right by the ocean and the kitchen was very well equipped for home-cooking. We also used one of the grills. Close to shopping groceries and also a few restaurants in the shopping center. Walking distance to a great snorkelling place (look for low surf/low tide if you have small children). Air conditioning in both floors worked very well, except for a bit ”mouldy” smell in one of the bedrooms, but that will be taken care of, according to the owner. Would be happy to stay there again in the future.
