GUEST PRIVILEGES AND RESORT FEES
• Access to Club Concierge if paying resort fees; resort charging privileges for Four Seasons pools, spa, tennis, golf, fitness center, restaurants and other resort amenities (no access to the Owners' Canoe Club or Ke'olu Golf Course) if paying resort fees.
• The daily resort fees vary throughout the year from $70/day for each adult to $216/day for each adult. Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $35/day to $108/day. Resort Policies also vary throughout the year.

Paradise!
We - grandparents, 3 couples, toddler and 2 babies- could not have asked for more from this property. Spacious, comfortable, clean, fully-equipped. There was NOT A SINGLE THING that we would change. The rooms and baths are huge. The outdoor space is great for lounging or eating. The pool is the perfect set up for little kids with the walk-in sandy area. The golf carts make it easy to get down to the resort and the ocean if you choose. The kitchen has all the equipment you could want to cook or even bake. Grocery stores are about 20 mins away so a car is worthwhile. Bring mask and fins for ocean snorkeling. Outstanding experience! My family has stayed at the resort in the past and this was far superior. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Location for an Ironman Experience
My group and I came to cheer on our friends competing in Ironman Kona. The proximity of this house was ideal and allowed us great access to the athletes on the bike course at 20 miles and as they return at 97 miles. I can't say enough great things about the house itself. The design, layout, furniture and even artwork, all create an immersive Hawaiian experience that couldn't be topped anywhere else. Hats off to the owners for creating an amazing location and special thanks to Gary for being a great Concierge!

The property is beautiful spacious and just as described. Alan was wonderful did a great job in every aspect and more. He is the contact for the property. If you have a large group make sure that when you choose to use the resort and have a resort fee at the four seasons you all use it each day or they will charge everyone for the use of the property. For us it was around $600 a day. One person use the spa no one else used the property so basically that cost us $1200 for one person getting a facial. They have a 2 day minimum. The pool is very nice the outside kitchen works great. The golf carts are also very nice to have. When we did use the resort it was very very nice. The staff was super friendly as well. We travel all over the world and to Hawaii at least once or twice a year and this was one of the best experiences when it comes to Quality of the property.

An Experience Not To Be Missed
I am a difficult critic and have high expectations so having all of our hopes and dreams for this vacation to bb exceeded so beautifully by this property is pretty spectacular. The house is incredible! A 5 star plus experience. From the moment of the lease details with Tammie to the availability and excellence that Gary displayed, it could not have gone better. The house is beautiful, welcoming, spacious, peaceful and incredibly memorable. The outside area is not to be missed. From the pool to the spa to the views, the lighting and setting, my family was blown away. Just today my son was asked what was the best part of Hawaii and he responded, that unbelievable house. Do not think twice. Tank you for the perfect moments that were easily created by the estate of a lifetime!!!
