"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef. We lucked out and had a third floor unit with an amazing view (there are a few units without a good view) that made it for us. Quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly and responsive. "

"The location was excellent. You could walk out to multiple shopping and dining options. Our unit was well furnished in kitchen and beach acutriments. The bed was not comfortable. And putting a sqishy piece of foam on a mediocre matress does not help. Sheets and coverings lumped up and slid around. And a small item, but for this price you shouldnt need to but TP. But overall we liked it. Beach chairs, coolers, swim fins, beach towels all there."

"A gorgeous house that accommodated 8 adults, located close to the water and fairly close to the beaches. Very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. We absolutely loved that the kitchen was fully stocked and had lots of dishes to use, as we cooked for most of our meals. The pool was very relaxing after a day of exploring the island. "The view from the condo lanai was amazing. The condo had everything we needed: beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom is on the street side of the building with the windows open this makes it a bit noisy for sleeping. If you like to walk or run, the location is great but stores are a little far if youjust want to grab a cup of coffee.The owner was very attentive and easy to contact.
