The property is well maintained and very clean. Conveniently situated where public transportation (bus and rail) is available. A short walk to the the downtown. Parking is available on a first-come basis. Breakfast (not included) looks to be very appetizing and fresh. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Parking directions to back of hotel should be prime otherwise sat nav brings you to the front door and it means a long way to return to a right turn into the car park. Left turn-in is not allowed so need to go round the roundabout and under the rail bridge again.

Had bugs in our room and requested to be moved to another one, they moved us to the room directly across from it. We asked to be refunded so we can book elsewhere and were told we could not for that night but to contact our booking agent for refund. There’s been a lot of back and forth between the property and Expedia, needless to say we haven’t received a refund.

The property is very nice, however the first issue was getting inside the building and my door key didn’t work twice. Another issue was staff were sometimes unavailable. Other than that, really nice town and area. Though it was a little bit bumpy, overall great stay. Comfy and quiet.

Absolute Nightmare, stay away!

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. We arrived just after 10PM to be greeted by a computer kiosk and a reservation number that didn't work. There was no way to talk to a human until the morning. We had no way to get to our room. Hotels.com tried contacting the company without success, same as me. After 4 AM the next morning I received an email from BnB with the booking number I needed to check in. The next email I received from them was an email that I did not contact them before 10 PM, so I would not receive a refund. This information was not the same as the website or check-in information. Nightmare and a complete scam. Beware.

Hotel in zentraler Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Zu wenig Parkplätze! Das Parken im (dreckigen) Parkhaus am Bahnhof kostet 10,- EUR am Tag. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing oder auch für den Besuch eines Fußballspiels am Betzenberg. Relativ kleines einfaches Zimmer. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht durchgesaugt. Bett mit guter Matratze, habe 1 Nacht gut geschlafen. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist recht laut. Bad mit guter Dusche, ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten (außer in der Dusche) und Föhn.
