"Lovely fruit trees and orchard propertie Very nice wild flowers The house is run down condition The hot tub had NO water in it and had not been going for a while as had broken furniture in it The 2 x farm dogs that live outside on the propertie walk around the house barking at night We feel the add for the home stay and what reality was is dishonest. We had a terrible experience Who did the original 5 star rating of the propertie ? "

"We needed a local room while building work was going at our place. This was local. Check in was friendly and we were offered a selection of rooms, which was nice. We needed somewhere quiet. Unfortunately someone later took the room next door and played music all night til 3am and the walls are pretty thin. The shower was good, decent kitchen, tidy overall. Bed was pretty tragic, so a rough nights sleep but not all the Lodge's fault. I would probably give them another try if I had to."

"Our host were welcoming and hospitable lovely people I personally feel they should be charging more for their cozy cabin it had all we needed and more if you love country surroundings then this place definitely ticks all the boxes I would definitely recommend this place would I do it again in a heartbeat "

"This listing is more then just a tad misleading... It says pet friendly, but no secure area for the dogs or any shelter. Leaving about 1sqm for the pets inside when it rains. The use of space in a tiny home is probably the worst ive seen. A big bed with ZERO use of wall space for storage. No toilet scrubber for the toilet is one of the finer details they are missing here. They said there was a BBQ and fire available, neither of these were true. We asked for firewood as they said to...

"Overall, loved it. Bathroom was A1 but we saw teeth flossers and a few things laying on the ground. Plus we did not use the BBQ because it needed a good clean. Could have used an extra plate or two.The cabin was very clean and the location was quiet and secluded. Despite a couple of minor things, I would stay here again. Never saw the owner, or anyone else actually."
