Please note that the roadway gate is shared with the neighbouring property at the bottom of the driveway. Please leave it as how you found it (i.e. if it is open, leave it open). The gate is being shut by the neighbour in the evening. Guests are welcome to interact with the sheep by feeding them one handful of pellets in each food station which are located in the garage, but do not access beyond the fence as the slope is very steep. The owner will not be liable for any untoward incidents resulting in non-compliance.Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use due to safety reasons. There is a gas heater in the lounge and two wall-mounted-heat panels in the two south-facing bedrooms.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.
