This beautifully remodeled downtown home not only offers 3-4 large bedrooms, but a spacious foyer with a coffee station and separate living and dining rooms. Beautiful kitchen provides large 6ft island with seating for three, gas range, ducted vent fan. We've also added a fully built out laundry area with integrated drying rack and a towel bin. Second floor bathroom offers large 5 foot tiled shower, 4 foot vanity, and two beautiful pendant lights tastefully hanging from the ceiling, beside the mirror. Main floor bathroom includes ample amount of additional towels and wash cloths for your use. Living room designed with five foot built in fireplace, 65" UHD TV above floating entertainment center housing all games and extra throw blankets and custom built in all with dimmable lights throughout the space, 9.5 ft x 9.5ft L shaped couch and chair. Foyer boasts two high back chairs with coffee station separating them, views of front porch and neighborhood, along with our guest table and local restaurant and brew pub menus. South facing front porch allows for relaxing mornings to drink coffee and plan your day.
The main floor movie themed bedroom includes large king size memory foam bed with two individually operated pendant reading light, 55" UHD TV to give you a true movie theater feel. First second floor car themed bedroom includes two full size memory foam beds, 43" UHD TV, ceiling fan, a desk, closet, and ethernet port. The third and fourth bedrooms are combined into a sports themed basketball and baseball setting. These two spaces are divided by a fireplace wall to give some privacy while remaining connected. Each of these two spaces has its own closet, 43" UHD TV, and ethernet port.

Everything Downtown Kalamazoo has to offer is in walking distance. Dutton Park for kids is only one block west, Bronson Park is two blocks north, an assortment of restaurants are all within 2 minutes, shops and more are all walking distance from this home.
