"Most of the staff were lovely, kind and sweet. The hotel has a real old school vibe and elegance so isnt necessarily the newest condition but things are kept extremely clean and presentable for the most part. Great food and the 24/7 room service is a big perk especially for a city like Brisbane which is very much not 24/7. The tv is able to be Chromecasted to as well which is a great touch and the bed was sooo comfortable. I can't speak to the other spaces in the hotel as I stayed in my room the...

"Loved the experience ... but for that price we expected the facilities to be up and running..No pool..Sauna..Spa..Gym etc...It left a bad taste in our mouth as we were geared up for the full experience.Plus the casino was a bit lame and small for the size of the establishment it almost seemed like it was old and needed a refirb.As i say we loved it but just missed the mark for usin some areas."

It would have been nice to have a toilet brush and a soap dispenser or soap holder next to the bathroom sink (there was bar soap but no soap holder). Note that there were liquid dispensers with nice smelling body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower, which was great. "
