"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. "The location of the hotel is excellent.Receptionist, Asll, I think I may not have spelled her name correctly, but the woman is a very kind professional and deserves all the praise for her work with clients. "We loved our stay in Rize. Its quieter than other areas of Turkey, so you can mingle with locals more. Beautiful scenery anyway you drive. I think hiring a car allows you to really explore the area. Lots of activities from History, sports or just relaxing by lakes in lush green areas. We stayed 5 days need to return to explore some more. The hotel was an excellent place to explore from. Good breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed the swimming and spa. Wonderful relaxing break. "

"I travelled to more than 30 countries and states, never i had to stay in a room without a window even to bad views, in this room it was like a jail room. It is hotels.com problem to have such low level beings named a hotel. Shame on you hotels.com Your description should be more accurate, because we depend on it at selection time."
