"The hotel was our base for 4 days while walking the Snowies Alpine trail. It was basic but had comfortable beds, good showers and reasonable space. The balcony wasn’t accessible because it was in need of serious renovation. The food in the restaurant was just OK (it was the only place open for food in the village at the time we were there). "

"We stayed at Alpine Gables as a gateway to Thredbo for mountain biking. The accommodation was comfortable and parking very easy and felt safe leaving our bikes on the back of the car in the carpark.
