"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. "Wow wow, wow, This is the place where you should stay in Innsbruck. The rooms are amazing and the views from the rooms are gorgeous. The management all the time makes sure you are comfortable and the Breakfast was completely full of good food. The bus stop at 1 minute from hotel entrance. Amazing Stay!! Thanks"
