"The hotel was located in the airport which made it very convenient to stay the night prior to our flight out the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. We will stay here again if necessary on future trips. "

"This place is excellent! It is my second time staying and I will come back again. Very convenient location. Has onsite coin laundry and some rooms with laundry machines which just makes life easier on vacation. Staff is always helpful. I purchased breakfast this time around and the food was delicious. Location is so good. I caught a Narita bus (to and from) to a close hotel which made it easier to get to hotel than using train. Look forward to returning soon!"

"Seemed all new The free shuttle to and from the airport was very nice although doesn’t come frequently enough and no pick up at the international terminal which was annoying The free shuttle to the train station was also great as it was further away than you think Turned out the area of Kawasaki by that train station was super cool and fun and I ended up exploring there and eating dinner - highly recommend. Nice free amenities and a free onsen! I had a wonderful view of the water and some of the airport "

"Spacious rooms with a very nice Harbour view, I stayed in room 2026 this time and can’t fault it. It’s a corner room with amazing view of the Harbour and the park. Breakfast options were also amazing. Would stay again! "
