"Convenient quiet setting within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A shuttle bus was available to get to the beach which ran three times a day but you need to put your name on the list held at reception. We didn't like the outlook of the room we were allocated so asked if we could change. The staff were accommodating and showed us an alternative room which we didn't take. However their response to our request made us feel that they would do their best to resolve the issue. Overall the staff were friendly and pleasant whoch we appreciated."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Namaka! The staff were so kind and welcoming. Everyone was so kind to our baby and the cleaning staff even brought a baby bath tub for us to use. They had a portable crib set up in our room that was great as well. You are a bit outside of town but there is a free shuttle once an hour that we used to go to the beach. There is also a bit of a rockier beach just down the hill in front of the hotel that we enjoyed walking along. We had read some worrying reviews before our stay but were overall very happy - yes some parts of the resort are a bit tired but we were still pleased with the price we paid. View from the property is amazing! We ordered room service once and it arrived within 20 minutes and we also ate at the restaurant a few times because it was convenient with our baby - always enjoyed!"

"Really good stay- amazing atmosphere! Excellent view from our room. We were with 3 children, had so much fun. Pool is amazing- the taxi service works great. Kids club we didn't use- but looks really good. Thank you Matmee from reception for everything! And also for the rest of the amazing crew! We liked it a lot!"

"We had a great experience staying at Sunwing. First we stayed at their beach bungalow as our 3 children love to be close to the beach, then we moved to the pool access family deluxe rooms. Renelyn from customer service was amazing helping with room recommendation and managing all accommodations for us. the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I will definitely stay there again."
