" Excellent ski resort, wish they had more options to dine at, but other then that, staff very freindly and helpfull, especially Miss Liu. She was very helpfull with transportation and getting around. Definitely recommend this Resort."

"The breakfast was wonderful. Something for everyone. Also the daily outdoor winter lunch was very good too. One night we had the Chef’s dinner and it really was excellent. No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm. "

"The staff were very responsive and friendly. The hotel was also very warm and inviting - they lit the fireplace on some nights and there were fun amenities in the lobby like hammocks and a foosball table. My 9 year old daughter loved the kid's club and was there before dinner everyday. My husband and I also loved the gym - it was very clean and well equipped. The onsen was also wonderful, especially the outdoor section. The breakfast buffet selection was very wide and we needed a couple of days to finish discovering all the dishes. Parking was free and very convenient - we were able to park very close to the lobby. The room was spacious and had a huge powder room and a very clean shower and bath area. Housekeeping was very good at making sure we were well supplied with drip coffee and bottled water everyday. The only small downside was the distance between the hotel and the closest town. Thankfully we drove, so it wasn't difficult to get in and out. The surrounding area is beautiful and we would love to visit again not just for the hotel, but also for the scenic spots!"

"We stayed in the Double Room, Non Smoking (15 sqm). The room is compact but efficient, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier that you fill with your own water before switching on. Free hot drinks are available at the lobby throughout the day. Check in was smooth and straightforward, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations ready. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken at registration. Coin laundry facilities are available at the lobby, along with vending machines for drinks and beer. The washer costs Y200 for a 31 minute cycle, detergent is Y30, and the dryer is Y100 for every 10 minutes. The location is excellent. The hotel sits just across the road from Toyama Station and is also beside a Family Mart, making it very convenient for quick snacks and essentials. A shopping mall with multiple food options is within short walking distance. Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy to arrange. Each bag requires its own slip, and the process was handled efficiently by the hotel."

"All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast had both western and japanese food. Room temperature can be lowered to comfortable cool setting, very comfortable stay."
