"We had the best time on our 1 night stay here. We booked a room with a private onsen and half board. It was very easy for us to call for the hotel shuttle when we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station. There is an area for hotel shuttle pick up where we waited for only 10 min or so. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The heater in the room worked well.
