"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "Hotel Gate was a fantastic place to stay. It is in a perfect location that is walking distance to the ferry terminal and shopping/dining area. The airport limousine bus has service very nearby as well. The balcony was an excellent place to relax after long days site seeing, and something that I'm not used to in many hotels. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Umbrellas were available to borrow, which was incredible when it was raining heavily and I had forgotten to pack one!"

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect.
