"From our welcome at check-in through to our final day, our 12 day stay at Cittadines Connect Georgetown was a pleasure. The spacious foyer with plenty of seating options and coffee on hand, set the tone for our very comfortable King room. Buffet breakfasts were enjoyable with plenty of options. "Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"We stayed on Saturday. It was clean and nice hotel. We really liked it until midget I heard none stop club beat sound from somewhere in midnight until 5 AM in the morning. We cannot sleep at all. I’m not sure if this happened only on weekend."

"Check-in was horrible. I had to text someone to get the mailbox code to retrieve the key. My room was not in the building I booked. It was in a building 500 meters away. I had to wander around asking for help to find the building. I eventually found it. The aircon was not functioning. No hot water. Clothes washer was broken. No ceiling fan in the bedroom, only wires hanging. Only two threadbare dirty towels available. I will never come back."

"We were so lucky to get this place, after our first night's accommodation turned out to be a dump. It was with a deep sigh of relief that we opened the door to find a room exactly as pictured in the listing.
