Great Place
The house was very comfortable and as described. Quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from Kanab. Good dark sky location, only the moon didn't cooperate. Location was perfect for all the sites, hiking, parks, BLM lands. Would stay again.

A good place to lay your head
Three bedrooms, all with queen beds allow a family places to sleep. The beds were okay, the bedding was sufficient (there could be more blankets for the colder nights). The house you stay in, is above a basement that the owners live in (and control thermostat). There isn't much yard for children to run around in, so the house is pretty much it for getting day-trip wiggles out. Well-equipped for any culinary need, bring your own ziplock baggies for your day trips. Close to Kanab/Fredonia so running into town is easy. Right off hiway 89, but far enough off it you don't hear it.

We loved the sun rises and sun sets. A few miles to town but close enough. Zion and Bryce National Parks were close along with generally beautiful scenery in area.

Marvelous place! Close to so many amazing places!
This house was immaculately clean (probably the cleanest vacation place we have ever stayed!) and was just perfect for our family of four. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious with nice appliances. We made our own breakfast and lunch daily there. We did need to buy our own cooking spray and butter, but there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as spices, salt, and pepper. If you need aluminum foil or parchment paper, or anything for cooking, it’s just a quick 10-minute drive to one of the two grocery stores in town. For eating, there is a good size dining room table inside and a nice outdoors back patio with a table and chairs. The patio is perfect to dine on or just hang out and enjoy the sunshine or the gorgeous nighttime sky. The location of the house was the perfect spot for us to see many of the amazing places nearby. We went to the. north rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Wire Pass (part of Buckskin Gulch), Coral Pink Sand Dunes, did an ATV tour of Peek-a-Boo Slot Canyon (truly fantastic!), and attended a star-gazing “party” hosted by folks from a non-profit group raising money to build an observatory in Kane County. We saw so many shooting stars and the Milky Way along with viewing so many stars through the provided telescopes. This was a phenomenal trip! Claudia and Dave were wonderful hosts and were readily available. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again.

Liked: Communication
Excellent
The property was perfect. The owners were on sight, super friendly and helpful. The only low rating I gave was for company that runs the booking (which can't be named in my rating, apparently). SLOW response to everything, I actually got one reply after we had already returned from our trip. But again, the property was great, very clean, all the amenities, close to Zion and Bryce.

Best experience ever
From the multitude of provisions in the kitchen to the warm and friendly owners, this was one of my favorite stays. The home felt like a Home and the location was perfect. We were able to travel relatively short distances to anything on our itinerary. Kanab was great. Loved our stay.

Lovely home and friendly, helpful hosts!
We met Claudia and David when we first arrived and they were super nice and more than happy to give advice on what to see, where to go and favorite restaurants to dine at. They have done an excellent job putting together informative binders on the home and property, check out instructions and tourist attractions. We loved the gorgeous photos on the walls, most of which David took of sights in the area. The home is clean, spacious and well designed. During our stay we visited Buckskin Gulch and did several hikes in Zion Park. Many more places on the bucket list for the next visit and this would be an ideal place to stay once again!

Beautiful property just outside the city
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and perfect distance from the National Parks. We had fun stargazing on the back porch. Tha layout of the house gave us all room to relax and have some privacy too.

Lovely home away from home!
This house is well-appointed and very comfortable! The location is perfect; far enough outside Kanab to feel away, yet close enough to enjoy the restaurants (Rocking V Cafe is the BEST; Try the bread pudding - the best dessert EVER!!). We loved this home and still miss it!

Quiet and central location
We enjoyed our stay here in Kanab! This house was clean and well-stocked with the essentials, imo. The sky at night was awesome! I've never seen the stars twinkle like they do here and we also saw the Milky Way!!! We didn't get a chance to chat with the owners until we were about to leave out because we stayed so busy. The first day, we went to Bryce Canyon and drove thru the park stopping at the viewpoints. Then came back to Kanab to eat dinner at Wild Thyme Cafe. It was good. The second day, we took an ATV tour with Kanab Tour Company to Peek-a-boo Slot Canyon (which I highly recommend) and then went and found "Belly of the Dragon". Walked through it. Dinner at The Rocking V Cafe, which was very good. Then, to Kanab Drug for ice cream. On our third day, we went to Zion NP. Started at the East Entrance. Hiked Canyon Overlook Trail (highly recommend). Drove thru the rest of the park. Stopped at the Visitor Center for some souvenirs and got stuck there for about 2 hours because of the flash flooding that occurred while we were there which caused mud slides and rocks slides. Eventually we were able to leave through the Springdale exit. Little bit longer ride back to the house this way but we made it :). Would stay here again! Also, we thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their house!

Kanab Rental Review
Greetings, Our stay in Kanab was awesome and Claudia and David were perfect hosts. The house exceeded our expectations and if in the area, we would most definitely stay again. The property was very clean, loved that there was more than ample seating in the shared spaces for our party of 5 adults, and provided not only the amenities listed, but also extra touches like laundry detergent. We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property..... Everyone at Evolve was very accommodating and friendly and would definitely book through thru you again! Thanks for a great experience!
