Very convenient to the train station. Onsen and amenities were nice. Staff were not really able to help with securing a booking for dinner. The bed was not big enough for 2 people especially as one side was pushed hard against the wall. Unable to get up during the night without climbing over the other person in the bed. Floor space not big enough to open one bag let alone 2. Very clean and quiet hotel.

The hotel was very close to the Kanazawa train station which made it convenient. The room was small and relatively clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and helpful during breakfast. Although there were empty tables in the restaurant, the hotel said that they would not allow my friend to purchase a breakfast meal. If you are interested in having breakfast at this hotel, would suggest you purchase the breakfast with your room before arriving at the hotel.

Loved how clean and beautiful the room was. Loved the onsen too! The breakfast was so delicious; great options and croissants excellent! My only disappointment was the staff’s English was poor. Otherwise, an excellent stay at the hotel!
