Loved our stay in this beautiful and modern hotel. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere due to its great location. Took advantage of the free happy hour in the evening and morning coffee which was very tasty (drip coffee). The onsen is modern. Thank you for a memorable stay @

Stayed with my mother for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good and we loved & appreciated all the free food and drink service they provided. The room was small but enough for 2 people, and it was definitely clean and quiet. The public bath was much smaller than expected and got pretty crowded at night, which was the only minus point. But for those who don't use the public bath, they have a bathroom in the room so there is no inconvenience. We will be back!

Nice breakfast. Layout of the room was also nice; separate doors for toilet and tub and no step up for either which is unusual for hotels in Japan. Check in was a bit awkward as they use a separate machine to collect tax charges and issue breakfast vouchers. I watched 2 other people ahead of me mess up the process and then did the same when it was my turn. Overall a nice hotel, location and staff.

Hotel molto confortevole anche se la camera standard matrimoniale era piccola con lato lungo del letto accostato alla parete/finestra: la seconda persona sale e scende dal letto andando carponi. Ottima colazione e gradevolissimo il servizio snack lungo tutta la giornata. Personale molto disponibile e sempre col sorriso a darti risposte. Buona scelta. Vicino al Castello ed al parco, all'Omicho Market e fermata bus per stazione a pochi metri.

This hotel was in a great location. We had two nights here, but we recommend a minimum of three to ensure enough time to visit all historic locations, especially Geisha districts.
