Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"The apartment was nice, equipped well but instructions for operating major appliances were nil and made operation very difficult and frustrating. I would suggest that they have written instructions for operation of each, along with hints for problematic quirks that added to equipment failure. Next beware of approaching the apartment resident managers, my friend/co-habitant got screamed at for no reason because she knocked on their door on a weekend to get help with the electric cooktop stove...

Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the key safe but it was resolved in speedy time. Definitely would recommend. 5* slight"

"The house was spotless, very roomy, modern, well equipped. The linens were high quality. The bed was comfier than my bed at home. Excellent location - 5 min from train station and co-op. Co-op has a great selection of premade foods, produce, beer, wine & a great cafeteria. Host was very responsive. Did not rent a car and so glad we didn’t. We will be back soon."

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...

Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. "This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
