Hämeenranta is a spacious and high-quality rental villa for a peaceful vacation. In the lush and sheltered yard area, it's delightful to spend your holiday, where the everyday rush is forgotten. There's a campfire spot and a grill gazebo by the shore for cooking activities.

Wooden villa, built in 2007, located by lake Puula in Pappilansalmi. 30 meters to the sandy, slowly deepening, hard-bottomed beach. Pier and a rowing boat.

The ground floor consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a utility room, and a WC. In the fireplace room, there's a spreadable sofa (width 140 cm), providing two additional sleeping places. The bathroom has two showers, a freely usable hydro massage bath, and an electric sauna.

On the upper floor, you'll find four spacious bedrooms. One has a 160 cm double bed, the rest 3 bedrooms have 140 cm double beds, in addition one has a 135 cm x 200 cm sofa-bed and another 135 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a baby cot and a junior bed. There's a small home gym and a living area in the hall, as well as a bathroom with a WC and shower, and a large balcony.

The lakeside sauna features a wood-burning sauna stove, a shower, WC, and a dressing room with a spreadable sofa serving as an alternative sleeping place. During the period from November 1st to April 30th, there is no running water to the sauna, so the shower and WC are not in use, but you can still use the sauna by carrying water.

In the yard, there's a charming glass-walled pavilion where you can spend extended periods, reading a book or listening to the sound of rain.

From November to April, the main villa offers 3 showers and 2 WCs, and from May to October, in addition to these, there's 1 shower and 1 WC available at the lakeside sauna.

Note for Christmas customers, the cottage has a decorated Christmas tree and some lights.

Owner rents pushchair, children's bicycle and 2 electric cars for 2-6 years children. In addition 1 bicycle for adults, a children's stroller and a trampoline with a net are available.

You can inquire about renting a portable hot tub from the caretaker, with payment made on-site. Please confirm the availability of the hot tub well in advance, as it is also rented to other cabins.

Charging an electric car or a motorhome must be arranged in advance with the owner. An additional fee applies to the owner. Unauthorized charging will result in a fine.
Electric car charging: €50 per charge.
Motorhome charging: €10 per day, €30 for 3-4 days, €50 for 7 days.

Kangasniemi 4 km, a rowing distance of approximately 2 km, gas stations and a café 2.5 km, Puulagolf 4 km, Mikkeli 53 km, Leivonmäki National Park is 56 km, Jyväskylä is 63 km, Helsinki is 248 km.
