"Nice accomodation recently refurbished. Aircon would be a nice addition but room I stayed in had balcony which I left doors open overnight, with cool breeze. Food offering downstairs is good but there are other options very close by. "

"This place was exactly what we needed for our long weekend getaway. With our son’s representative soccer games in Merimbula and needing pet-friendly accommodation at short notice, I thought finding a suitable place would be a challenge. "Our family of 2 adults 2 kids and dog loved our stay at Kangarutha cottage in Kalaru. The cottage is well maintained and fully equipped with everything you will need. Kids loved riding their bikes and playing tennis on the tennis court. The beds were comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous gardens and lots of wildlife. Great location 5 mins drive to Tathra, 15 mins to Bega. We look forward to staying again."

"Robyn’s nest is a beautiful place to stay while in Merimbula. We loved all the wildlife living in and around the property. My kids enjoyed fishing off the jetty and swimming in the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room for a family of 5. The onsite restaurant had excellent food and was so convenient. We will absolutely be back. "
