"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. "We actually loved staying here and the food upstairs in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfy and the access to the mixed onsen is excellent. Probably one of our favourite parts. "I only stayed for 1 night and wish I booked longer! The staff was very kind and understanding when we arrived late to check-in.
