My credit card couldn’t hold the room and I didn’t get to the room until 2 AM so they gave it away and I think they kept my money. I still haven’t sent a refund. I stayed up all night with nowhere to go.

we had a couple issues, first off we were there for five nights and at check in we were informed that there was no room cleaning/replenishment of towels at this resort. you have to call to get towels changed out. i guess the question is what is the nightly resort fee for?

Harrahs is a decent hotel, it has great food, great club, decent casino even tho i dont gamble. The rooms are spacious, but why no desks in the rooms? I had some work to do and had to put ipads on the floor and work laying down on the floor. Beds are average, the pilliows are horrible, horrible, horrible.

Supposed to be twin queens in both room and only one bed in each room. Pillows were like rocks. The facility has become very worn and is definitely on a slide down. I would not recommend. There was also gunfire in the area.

Epitome of luxury! Bedazzled by the brass light fixtures, exquisite design marble floors, fun patterned carpet, leather furniture, thick fluffy towels, crisp sheets, cloud comfortable beds.
