Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Liberty/NE Kansas City Area Liberty, Missouri I stayed 1 night on my long drive back to Texas. The hotel is modern in design and in the rooms. The lobby was attractive and had many seating areas including tables to enjoy the Continental Breakfast that comes with the reservation. I am not handicapped but discovered the room I was given was a handicap accessible room. Had I needed such a room it would have fit the bill perfectly. My only issue with having this type of room was that there were no chairs to sit on, particulary at the desk area. Since I was only staying the one night it was not a big concern and I could have called the concierge and asked to have one brought up. All in all I'm glad I chose this hotel!

Good location. Nice staff, clean rooms, modern and relaxing environment. Lowest rate for quality. Various reasons: their hot water was out but got fixed during our stay; room smelled like smoke (non-smoking rooms), but they were helpful to give us a new room right away. Breakfast was waffles, chicken nuggets, muffins, breakfast bars, oatmeal, cereal, and surprisingly good coffee. I would stay here again.

No Hot Water. Was told upon arrival I could get a refund but after driving all day and having such a short notice chose to stay. They said “luke warm water” but I didn’t experience any sort of warmth at all. After reading reviews this looks like it’s been an issue for weeks/months.
