"Front staff was very friendly and efficient, check-in was very pleasant. Our bed was very comfortable and it was quiet considering how close we were to the interstate. The room did need some renovations, the carpet was terribly frayed were it met the tile, the window shade would not come up or down and showed obvious signs of wear. It was stuck about five inches from the bottom of the window. "

"This is a very nice property and it is in a great location. The valet service was superb, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool and lounge area were great for relaxing. However, the soft product and service could be improved- the breakfast potatoes (home fries) were undercooked. And when we would request things from the front desk, such as towels for the pool area (the normal poolside towel rack was empty) or a razor for my wife, these items were promised but never delivered. I had to track down...
