We traveled to Kansas City because one of our children was gravely ill and had to be transported from Joplin to Kansas City, Mercy Children’s Hospital. The staff was aware of our situation and very accommodating. And as bad as the situation was it was made a little bit better by being able to come back to the hotel and lay down and rest in a nice quiet clean place.

Few things to improve on Exhaust fan for the bathroom need one, stock paper and disposal products for the kitchenette. Maybe folding doors between the 2 bed units. On a positive the saff were great good location.

The property was decent. It wasn’t classy or anything high end but yet parking was $20 A DAY. Which seems excessive for the area the hotel is in. Most hotels that are in better quality don’t charge for parking. A $100 incidental fee for that area in insane as well when again other places that are better in quality never charge over that much.

Got a room with two extra bedrooms. The first one that we went into the extra bedrooms, didn’t have doors on them so I went downstairs to ask if they have the same suite with the doors on the extra bedrooms so we could have the privacy we needed. And they accommodated me. I like this hotel. I would stay here again. Parking is $20 though and $100 deposit.

It was suppose to be a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. It had 1 very tiny bathroom, neither bedroom had doors, odd layout-no living room, no ac vents in either bedroom so it was uncomfortably warm

This property looked nothing like what was pictured. It’s in a poor location and the parking is a nightmare. I checked out within an hour of checking in due to the uncleanliness and lack of basic necessities in the room. The desk clerk was accommodating however the property is now refusing to issue a refund despite their own deception in their listings. Avoid this place at all costs.

There was a $20 parking fee to park in the hotels lot. The pull out bed mattress was stained. It also did not have any sheets or bedding. When I asked for some sheets the front desk person just looked at me. I booked this room for 5 people. It had two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The area around the hotel did not look the best. The room did not give the appearance of being clean.

The room was spacious, but lacked some basics that I am used to. Our room did not have a hair dryer, one lamp didn’t work, there was only one garbage can for a large suite, there was no power outlet near the bathroom sink, and there was a tv in the bedroom but not the living room. That being said, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchette was modern, and the hotel was quiet.

The only disappointment was the fact that parking was an extra $20. I don’t feel like this was mentioned online and I didn’t know until we arrived. By then, what would we do? No. You just pay the extra $20 and get irritated about it.
