Overall we would give the hotel an average (at best) rating. One big negative for us was coffee related (paper coffee cups provided at complimentary breakfast did not have lids provided and in the amount of time it took us to walk from the lobby to our car in the parking lot the cups began to disintegrate, leaving a puddle of coffee on the dash of the car while loading luggage)

Easy access to hotel and manager on site. We paid for a King sized bed and received two queens. Manager was alone and when our keycard stopped working we had to wait 20 mins until he arrived back from an errand to get a new card. The hallways were grossly filthy, our room phone was dead. Our door had a 50 cent size chocolate stain on the handle, one sheet had a gross stain at the bottom and our floors were sticky and dirty. . Talked to manager and he politely told me when you purchase discounted rooms online, you get what you get.. Will not book here again.

I booked through Expedia, and was told when I arrived that they didn’t have any of that type of room left (king bed) so they gave me two queens and charged me an extra $20. It sounded pretty shady, but I was tired and went ahead and paid the extra.

I was shocked to see how dirty my feet were after walking across the floor. The floors were hard surface, so should have been easy to clean, but they were very dirty. Breakfast was very limited. We had breakfast at 8:30on a Saturday morning. The biscuits were too hard to cut or eat, even after sitting in gravy. Breakfast was shut down at 9:00 am - this seems very early for a weekend morning.

Couldn't do paperwork for check in and had to ask for a receipt when checked in gave me a room thet was being worked on. The person doing the woek on the room went to get me another room and helped me move my stuff to the new room.

I wanted to rate this higher for that reason, but unfortunately we had multiple dirty towels, used soap in the shower and on our final day we found dead bugs & dirty under sheets on the bed. Door on side of building could open without using a card. Not enough parking because of construction workers parking long ways taking up multiple spots.

The flooring was coming up. The toilet was the lowest I've ever seen. There was no guide to the TV. There was no wardrobe or place to hang clothes other than three hooks on the wall and no hangers. At check-in the man at the desk was great. I'd recently had an accident and was placed in a 1st floor room. The wifi was responsive.

We loved our room, it was very nice. We got a business room, so we had a sitting area with a sofa & chair. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean. I think the hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, but other than that, it was very nice.
