We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed home with spacious open-concept kitchen/living/dining great-room. The kitchen is nicely laid out with plenty of counter space on the massive island and everything you need to cook is available including non-stick cookware, spices, etc. Thor gas stove is high-end, and everything easily accessible in island drawers and cabinets and kitchen cabinets. We enjoyed the king bed (and will make use of the 2 other bedrooms in our next visit). This property is our #1 for repeat trip to this area.

Loved the rental, very close to Arrowhead to watch the Chiefs. The house was great, very clean. Loved the kitchen but sadly didn't get to use that beautiful Wolf stove.

Perfect for our family
Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful open floor plan. Spacious kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware (even coffee and tea!). The large island is open to the dining area and family room. No one felt left out as we prepared meals on the professional style range. Large sectional provided plenty of seating to enjoy watching the Chiefs WIN on the big screen TV!! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the cooler parts of the day. Every detail of this property is well thought out. Lucas was very accommodating to ensure safety features were in place for our toddler grand-daughter. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I would rent again. Location was close to family and was a nice home-away-from home experience. The property is accessible to wheelchairs through the back yard. There is no lift and be sure there is extra people to maneuver the patio doorway. Comfortable beds. Cute themes. Nice welcome book. Hey-Ve delivered groceries with a $20 fee. There is something for every age. Basement/laundry area has a favorite sofa. Be sure to check out the back of the master bathroom for a nice laugh. Smart features and temperature controls made this summer family reunion comfortable and memorable.

Loved the open concept floor plan, This allowed for guest to be spaced out. Beds were comfortable. Didnt need to bring anything but your clothing and food. Nice neighbor hood, store close by, back yard very relaxing, Outdoor smoking was a plus. Great host - Host always responded to any questions promptly. Would highly recommend staying at this home

Golfing buddies stayed for a long weekend. The house is situated in a centralized location for a number of courses, restaurants and stadiums. Owner is very detailed and the house is well maintained. Definitely would stay again!
