Clean room, polite staff. My only complaint is that there was a 1/2" gap between the double-doors into the bathroom,which looks dead-ahead at the glass shower. You shouldn’t have to go into the casino to find an ATM or have a Reservation Desk that can’t change a $20 bill.

Sonesta Select Kansas City South Overland Park
All of the staff were very friendly. The pool area, not the pool itself and windows in the pool area and the rooms were quite dirty. The rooms could also be improved upon as far as cleaning goes.
