Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "My daughter and I had stayed in this complex a year ago and loved the area. This was a perfect location for my husband and I also. The pool is right next to the unit which we loved. Everything you would need was supplied; boogey boards, beach chairs, coolers and toys, plus the kitchen was stocked perfectly for fixing meals there. Bev was very accommodating when we requested another night stay. Thank you for a lovely trip!"

"Had a wonderful vacation at Kapalua Bay Villas. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very quiet and beautiful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. The unit overlooked one of the pools, so very convenient. Pools did not feel heated though, and colder than the ocean. The other pools had better views of the ocean. I wish there was a better view of the ocean from the unit, just a bit of the ocean peaking over the trees and rooftops. Loved having breakfast every morning and drinks in the evening on the lanai. Proximity to both Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Bay was ideal. We preferred the beach at Oneloa Bay better as it was less crowded and bigger. Kapalua beach was the best for snorkeling. In the bedroom, I wish the bed was a bit firmer and I would have loved blackout blinds or curtains as it was bright in the morning. Wish we could have played more tennis, but the courts closed for repairs halfway through our trip. Overall a wonderful experience and hope to return in the near future."

"Hale Napili was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in our many visits to Maui. Our room was overlooking the beautiful ocean and had a large furnished balcony to enhance the view. A clean and spacious room with a full kitchen and high quality outside grills allowed us to cook whatever we wanted while also going out to eat at many outstanding restaurants nearby. Access to the beach is a one minute walk from the room and there is a nice grass lawn overlooking the beach that is fully furnished with several lawn chairs. And the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had several enjoyable conversations with housekeeping personnel and with the on-site manager who was very friendly and informative. Doesn't get any better than this."

"This is a beautiful villa. Amazing ocean view. Plenty of room for 2 of us. Kitchen has basics everything you need for breakfast, lunch and simple dinner. Bed is comfortable and enjoyed the spacious bathroom. Host was available about my inquiry. Look forward to staying here again. Mahalo "

"While it may not be for folks wanting a luxury stay it was perfect for us. Feels like old school Hawaii. The beach is steps away and lovely and safe. Very quiet and private and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very nice coffee shop on the premises. The room was very clean and there was very good communication with the hotel for late check in. We hope to be back😃"
