"We're a family of 2+2, on a ski vacation to Ischgl area. The room is absolutely beautiful, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Alexandra and her husband were extreme friendly and helpful. Ski bus to Kappl is right outside the door. For Ischgl you either drive yourself or walk 5min to the main road. Highly recommend, most comfortable with your own car. We will definitely be back."

"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "
