Property composed of main house and outbuilding 18 km from the centre of Karlstad, 7 km from the centre of Skattkärr, 27 km from the centre of Hammarö, 250 m from the lake, in the countryside. Bathing jetty. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Rowing boat. 4 km long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 7 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Spångavägen" 5.8 km, railway station "Karlstad" 20 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 495 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (27 hole) 18 km, fishing possibilities 250 m.
"Forsviken", 3-room house 50 m2. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). View of the lake. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Freezer approx. 50 l. There is a guest house outside the house with very simple beds suitable for 2 younger persons.

FH inmitten der Natur
Das Haus ist ein schönes, typisch schwedisches Holzhaus. An kühleren Tagen wird es trotz Elektroheizung nicht wirklich warm. Es wäre schön, wenn abgelagertes Kaminholz zur Verfügung stehen würde. Das frisch gekaufte Holz brennt sehr schlecht. Mit dem Kamin wird das Haus auch warm. Sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Sitzmöbel sind einfach, daher fehlt ein wenig Gemütlichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, alles ist i.O. und zweckmäßig. Die Lage verhilft zu kompletter Entspannung. Wandern, Rudern, baden

Leben einfach, gehobenes Camping
Ein fantastischer Ort zum Fischen, Chillen und Zeit haben, weil das alltägliche so reduziert ist. Einrichtung einfach. Küche gut ausgestattet, aber ohne Toaster. Grill elektrisch, einfachst. Bei sechs Personen lieber der Backofen. Grosser Topf fehlt. Ein Bett durchgelegen. Kleines Haus muffig- wir haben lieber ein Zelt benutzt. Das Bad klein aber gut. Kein TV. Die Paddel zum Boot erfordern Handschuhe (Splitter!), aber die kleine Insel ist ein Badeparadies! Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Schweden pur - See und Wälder
Tolle Aussicht auf den Vänern ohne Schnickschnack. Alles in dem Objekt ist einfach, manches erneuerungsbedürftig. Prunkstück: die Veranda, deren Geländer man aber besser nicht zu nahe kommt. Innen alles kompakt, ein Bett durchgelegen. Das kleine Haus mufft stark, auch nach vierzehntägigem Lüften- wir haben es vorgezogen ein Zelt vor der Veranda aufzuschlagen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, lediglich ein großer Topf fehlt ( Nudeln für sechs Personen! ). Thema sind auch Glühbirnen, die hier dauernd durchbrennen. Das Fernsehen, das wir im Urlaub nicht brauchen, war ohne Receiver nicht funktionstüchtig. Das Boot ist ebenfalls schlicht, zum Rudern unbedingt Handschuhe mitbringen! Auf Grund der Dürre waren Mücken kein Thema, wenngleich Mückenfenster fehlen. Obwohl sich die Anfahrt hinzieht, ist Karlstadt mit seinem Kajakmietautomat und guter Infrastruktur von Krankenhaus bis Autowerkstatt schnell zu erreichen. Gewerbepark nur 20 Minuten. Wir haben nur nette Kontakte gehabt!

Natur Pur, und doch so nah!
Top Lage mit einem malerischen Ausblick, die Beschreibung und die Bilder lügen nicht. Die Anlage ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Mit dem Ruderboot ist man schnell auf einer der vorgelagerten Inseln zum Baden oder Picknick. Geheimtipp ist der kleine Sandstrand bei Kärne am Strandvik mit Kinderrutsche, Spiel- und Grillplatz. Nach Karlstad sind es per Auto 30 min. Im Haus fehlten Toaster und transportabler Grill, dort muss nachgebessert werden.
