Love Momtri’s villa. We stay here 2 years in a row. The staffs are very nice and service is excellent. Less than 2 mins walk to the beach. We enjoyed momtri’s kitchen service and food is amazing. The room is spotless and wonderful atmosphere.

Every need was attended to, before we knew we had a need. Beautiful sunset views. Walk to Kata Noi beach in few minutes (steps directly onto beach from hotel property). Short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi. The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, room spacious and comfortable, large balcony, quiet, staff very friendly, service of a high standard, great breakfast choices, and we also enjoyed the bonus happy hour and a head massage each. A steep but short walk into town kept us active, but lots of transport options available too, and only a short walk from the room onto kata noi beach

My wife and I went to Phuket 10 years ago and had lunch at the restaurant of Mom Tri’s Villa Royale. We were so impressed with the incredible views and environment and we decided that we would stay at this hotel if we go back again. Finally we made it. The only thing I can say is that the experience deserves!

Fabulous boutique hotel in a stunning location. Lovely spacious traditionally furnished comfortable room with sitting area, sea view and balcony. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Efficient fan and air con. Complimentary tea and coffee, fruit, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast choices extensive and delicious. Beautiful grounds with 3 pools for swimming and direct access to Kata Noi beach. Staff very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

A nice older hotel with friendly staff. But room service and the bar have limited operating hours, so if you're thirsty or hungry later (or even need ice), you'll have to leave the property to walk down a steep hill (and back up) to the family mart. This was a huge pain and something I would not have expected for a hotel with their price point.

Mom tris is a long time family favourite for us. Super clean . Staff bend over backwards to make you happy and food excellent. We have stayed at mom tries as a single couple and without daughter from 2 years of age. Having been shut for 2 years , mom tris is still getting back on its feet. They are slightly understaffed , a new chef and busy updating the premise . It still however in my books , one of the best kata noi has to offer! Also only a short walk to lots of other amazing restaurants , convenience stores , shopping , markets and massage parlours.

Mama Tri villa Royal in Kata Noi beach is a Great place to stay and I highly recommend. I noticed a few places with similar name, so make sure your taxi driver takes you to the right one near Kata Noi beach, which is just a stones throw walk away, for the best beach in Phuket that i saw. It is a quieter place from the busier kata beach shopping area but its just a short 20 minute walk to the area including the kata beach night market for Great Street, food and shopping which I highly recommend at night time when things cool down after 6pm. The staff and check in were very professional and friendly and they never gave us any pressure to tip them but I always gave the baggage handlers and staff a tip whenever I could since 1-3 US dollars goes a very long way for them so don’t forget to tip your staff. Enjoy
