"The location was beautiful, with pretty places to walk on small gravel roads and a small ski hill across the street. We were allowed to use the large industrial kitchen to make meals, which was fantastic. There were holiday decorations galore that made for a festive feeling on Christmas and everything was really clean, high quality and nice inside. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "This is a wonderful apartment in a delightful town. It is biking and swimming heaven. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and even though the weather was very hot it stayed cool. Very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Impeccably clean and very peaceful and quiet. Super warm and helpful host. Such a nice welcome and stay on our first time in Langenargen. Highly recommend, 5 stars not enough!"
