"The motel and rooms are showing age signs that need to be updated. Some better detail to cleanliness is needed. Floors were not as clean as they could be. Edges in the bathroom were dirty. The staff in the breakfast dining area all were very efficient and polite. The desk clerk at check in and through our stay was so nice and personable. Her name was Chaska. She really went beyond expectations to make us feel welcomed. "

"Room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was mostly very friendly. There was an issue at check-in -- they'd signed in another customer with a similar name under my registration. However, the young woman at the counter owned the problem immediately and worked with her supervisor to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time. "

"This is a disaster of a motel. It is in terrible disrepair. Rooms are not available when stated. Plugins do not work. Many rooms have open doors and the rooms are full of trash. Bare wires hanging from ceiling. No one is available at the front desk, even when arrangements have been made. I had to get a room at another hotel after paying for this room in advance. Fire escape stairwells are closed. Broken bathroom door. If the motel comes back and says this is a fake review, go look at the place yourself. I was stuck in room 237."
