"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. Whoever goes, please could you continue to feed Chanel and Junior the two most loving and adorable cats .. 😍😻"
