"I booked the room but they said no room vacant... they said if you are booked through expedia they will not give room it seems.. we have not stayed in that hotel.. we stayed in another hotel... please refund our booking amount.. please dont mis guide the people.. please refund our amount...or else ..."

"We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. Next day power was out ..."
