"It’s an old style, very charming place with a lot to recommend it. Good price, excellent service, stellar location, good restaurant on site. An ordinary room is pretty uncomfortable, very, very small with a cramped bathroom. The decor is pretty old and the electrical inconvenient. Spring for their largest room and your experience will be much better."

"We arrived in the afternoon and had to hunt around for a receptionist, which proved difficult. The rooms were clean although, on a main road and without air-con, proved noisy with the windows open to allow the room to cool. Breakfast was good."

"This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it. "I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. "

"The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that...
