Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was served at our terrace and by the pool. The service was fabulous! Joss stayed till 2am in the morning for our late check in. Thank you so much again for the great service.

Pros: Great Views and a relatively new property Cons: The first room had a leaky bathroom and had to be changed as water leaked into the main bedroom. Property is located on a steep incline and it is difficult to bring up suitcases. The property has limited dining options. Maintenance was average.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Schlimmer geht nicht mehr. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter unfreundlich behandelt. Wir sollten sofort unser Auto umparken, obwohl wir niemanden blockiert haben. Nach 6 h Fahrt wollten wir nur kurz einchecken und dann wieder zum Essen fahren. Der 2. Mitarbeiter hat uns dann auch „belehrt“. Wäre es nicht schon so spät gewesen hätten wir uns direkt ein neues Hotel gesucht. Spätestens als wir das Zimmer und das schimmelige Badezimmer gesehen haben, stand für uns fest, dass wir von 2 gebuchten Nächten nur eine bleiben. Handtücher waren auch total verdreckt. Das sauberste haben wir uns geteilt. Das Frühstück war auch lieblos und der Mitarbeiter muss mal lernen, dass man seine Gäste grüßt. Lediglich der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Wir können das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.
