"The property is exactly as, if not even better than described in the listing. The pictures are a very true representation of the villa and its surroundings. We were there celebrating a special family birthday and made full use of the pool and jacuzzi, table tennis and gym room. Mladen is a great host, extremely responsive to all of our questions, and helped us out by arranging a trip to the Krka Falls, and transfers to and from the airport and into Split as well. "Great villa with everything we needed for a week exploring the split area. Location although out of town gave easy access to drive all over the area. Great welcome from host, very clean with good facilities and spacious. Excellent garden, pool and bbq area."

"The house was perfect, enough space for everyone. Location was okay. Only two restaurants within walking distance, so we cooked a few meals at the house. Lots of grocery stores nearby. There were a couple of small beaches nearby, not too bad. Water was clean. The kitchen lacked some essential items: oven mitts, more tongs, *there were no BBQ utensils, so using the small tongs were a challenge. "We enjoyed five nights at this wonderful villa. Milivoj met us at the villa upon our arrival - even though we were 4 hours later than initially estimated. He even had beverages for us in the refrigerator. The three separate units or "apartments" that comprise the villa were ideal for our group of three couples. The spacious common area in the largest apartment was perfect for group gatherings. Especially with long wide balcony with dining area and separate area with couch and chairs and table....
