"It’s a beautiful place, safe, clean and convenient. The Spa was unavailable, there were issues with the TV malfunction, that did not get fixed after calling the tech twice, lamp was broken. The chai cafe, was nice but 70 percent of the time the tea was served just warm. Ordered fries that were totally cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Inspite of some downsides we will stay here again. "

"The staff works very hard to keep the property clean and tries to accommodate the needs and requests of guests. The murals in the rooms and public areas were charming.
