Hotel fully booked on arrival

When I arrived I was told the hotel was full, despite having a reservation for a single room. I wasn't offered any equivalent alternative, even though there were other similar hotels in the area.

Please don't use

Unfortunately when you arrive with an Expedia booking they say they don't use them and you need to pay. The room type requested also unavailable. Cannot therefore recommend.

Doesn't accept bookings

Please do not book this hotel via the website. The owner says he does not work with hotels.com and said my reservation was never received. It ends up with a lot of wasted time and arguing. The hotel itself was fine but I cannot recommend on this site.
