"Very central location has also its downside - this place is located on a busy street with very vivid night life. There is no aircondition there, cigarette smoke and noise until 3 am doesn't allow to keep the window open. So it gets very warm in the room but it's not so important since one can't sleep anyway (sarcasm) due to noises coming from the bars located downstairs.
